Peel the shallot and cut it into 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and celery. Chop the celery and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Put them into the hot dish blender bowl.
Add the tomatoes, celery, shallot, tomato puree, cumin and coriander seeds. Add the chicken stock cube and pour in the water. Season lightly.
Select the << Soup>> program then press the << Start / Stop >> button.
When the program is finished, pour the soup into bowls and serve.
