Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern
the 30-Day Switch with Confidence Money Back Guarantee (“Promotion”)
offered by Tefal Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Tefal Malaysia”).

By participating in this Promotion,
customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to:

  • Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above
  • Purchases made within Malaysia (including Peninsular and East Malaysia)
  • End-users only

The following are not eligible:

  • Employees of Tefal Malaysia and affiliated partners
  • Participating retailers, distributors, agencies, and their immediate family members associated with this Promotion

2. Promotion Period & Applicable
Products

  • Valid for purchases made from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026.
  • Applicable only to selected Tefal Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner models:

This Promotion does not apply to:

  • Contest, lucky draw
  • Clearance OR warehouse sales items

3. Our 30-Day Promise

Customers may return an Eligible
Product within 30 days from the purchase date if it is not the right fit for
their household cleaning needs, subject to the Terms & Conditions stated
herein.

3A. Additional Condition for Online
Purchases

For products purchased through online
platforms, the platform’s standard 14-day return policy must first lapse before
customers can apply for the Tefal Malaysia 30-Day Switch with Confidence Money
Back Guarantee.  

4. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be used under normal household conditions only
  • The product must be properly maintained according to Tefal Malaysia’s instructions and user manual
  • The product must not be subject to hire purchase, lease, rental, or any third-party interest

5. Return Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Include all original parts, accessories, packaging, manuals, and components
  • Be in good working condition, with reasonable wear and tear only
  • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (mandatory)

Tefal Malaysia reserves the right to
reject incomplete, damaged, or returns that materially fail to meet the stated
return requirements under these Terms & Conditions.

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request,
customers must:

  1. Submit a request via the official Tefal Malaysia website within 30 days from the invoice date
  2. Provide all required supporting documents for verification
  3. Consent to the use of personal data for processing the request

7. Return Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of returning the product to the designated Tefal Authorized Service Centre
  • Returned products remain the customer’s responsibility until received and verified by Tefal Malaysia

Tefal Malaysia shall not be liable
for any loss or damage occurring during transit.

8. Refund Process

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and verification of the returned product
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date the returned product is successfully verified
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the original purchaser only

For purchases that are made with Touch
’n Go eWallet rebate, cashback, voucher, or promotional credit, the
corresponding amount will be deducted from the final refund amount.

9. Proof of Purchase

Customers must retain the original
invoice or receipt clearly showing:

  • Purchase date
  • Product model
  • Store name
  • Purchase amount

Handwritten receipts will not be
accepted.

Tefal Malaysia reserves the right to
request additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.

10. General Conditions

Tefal Malaysia reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of all claims and supporting documents
  • Reject claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
  • Amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice

Any changes will be communicated
through official Tefal Malaysia channels.

The decision of Tefal Malaysia on all
matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable
law, Tefal Malaysia shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
  • Delayed, lost, or damaged returns beyond its reasonable control
  • Any technical or system-related issues affecting participation in this Promotion

Tefal Malaysia will not be liable for
any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred by the Customers in this campaign to the extent as may be permitted by law. The total and aggregate liability of
Tefal Malaysia to the Customers 
including and not limited to any claims arising out of or in connection
with these terms and conditions, for breach of statutory duty, awarding and
use, misuse, any form of loss, damage or personal injury as may be permitted by law shall not exceed the amount of RM1000 per Participant.

Nothing in these Terms &
Conditions exclude any rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection
laws.

12. Personal Data

By participating in this Promotion, the Customers hereby agree to the terms and conditions of Tefal Malaysia’s  Privacy Policy as listed at Privacy Policy | TEFAL – Tefal Malaysia which includes amongst others:

  • Collecting, using, and processing personal data for administration of this Promotion
  • Sharing personal data with authorized service providers and partners for fulfilment purposes
  • Using personal data for marketing and communication purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements and customer preferences

All personal data will be handled in
accordance with Tefal Malaysia’s Privacy Policy.
