Products and orders

General

  • An order indicates acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Items for sale.
  • Any Item for sale on the Site is available for online purchase. Orders can be placed either as a guest or by creating a user account. You can log in with your username (email address) and password if you already have a user account.
  • If your user account is set up with a personal username and password, you are solely liable for all transactions using those details. Thus, you must ensure the password is secure and save it only yourself.
  • After selecting and adding the desired Item (s) to the cart, you must review the order's content, select the delivery and payment method, recheck the order, and confirm the order.
  • Once the order and payment have been confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
  • We only sell exclusively to individuals and in quantities customary of the retail trade. As a result, the number of orders for the same Item and the quantities of Items ordered by reference may be limited.
  • We will notify you if the Items are unavailable.
  • A product may no longer be available following order validation and payment. In this event, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notification.

Prices

  • Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia with all taxes included. Although all prices and information have been verified as accurate at the publication time, changes may nevertheless occur without prior notice. Shipping costs are excluded from these prices.
  • We reserve the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price you are billed will be in place when your order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment by bank cards

Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa.

Payment by FPX/E-Wallet

Payment can be made via FPX/E-Wallet for purchases on tefal.com.my.

Payment by voucher

A voucher can be used to pay for all or a part of your order. This is not sub-dividable and may be added to use with another form of payment.

The unused portion of the voucher is lost and will not be refunded if the total cost of the order is less than the amount of the voucher.

A voucher allows you to pay for your purchases or, if necessary, use it with another form of payment.

It should be noted that if one or more Items are returned on orders purchased in full or in part using a voucher, the refund will be provided first on the voucher.

Delivery

General

  • Orders will be processed within 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays upon successful payment. A tracking number will be provided via email, and you can track your order at:

  2. If you haven’t received any delivery updates, your order is still processing.
  • Once the order has been processed and shipped, kindly expect the following business days to be delivered:
    West Malaysia: Estimated 2-3 business days
    East Malaysia: Estimated 7-12 business days

  • Delivery fees will be calculated according to the shipping address on the checkout page.
  • Orders will be delivered using DHL.
  • The delivery date is provided based on the best estimation, and a notification will be sent if the delivery of the date changes. However, we may not be liable for any delay, traffic flow, weather conditions, or unforeseen incidences that may affect the delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Cancellation

General

  • Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment is made and successful.
  • Any cancellation request may be turned down at our sole discretion. In the event of any disagreements, our determination shall be final and conclusive.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

General

  • All orders are eligible for a free return within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
  • If there are any return requests after 14 business days from the date of purchase, kindly contact us via WhatsApp HERE.
  • The products must be returned unused with the original packaging and the delivery note or receipt as proof of purchase.
  • To raise a return request, please contact us via WhatsApp HERE. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the products.
  • Any products returned to the warehouse without approval will not be accepted.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 14 business days) if the product is defective, damaged or if the wrong product has been sent.

  • Any products labeled as non-Returnable are not eligible for free return. The Non-Returnable products include:

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and if your refund is approved. Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. It may take up to 7 – 14 business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Product Warranty

  • All Tefal products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defect for 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Please bring the proof of purchase or receipt, the product, accessories, and packaging (if any) to the nearest repair center. The complete list of repairers is available HERE do call them to confirm the opening hours before your arrival.
  • For product warranty registration, we only accept online registration at E-warranty Registration page
  • You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to request a return and receive a refund upon approval in the event of product non-conformity or defect (damaged, deteriorated product). For this, you may receive additional information under the "Returns" section, or you may contact us via WhatsApp us HERE between Monday to Saturday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM (except public holidays) or email us at gsmconsumer@groupeseb.com between Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM (except public holidays). Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The full conditions of the commercial guarantee of the products can be found under the "Guarantee" section HERE. This includes the complete exclusion list of what is not guaranteed for each product category.
  • This TEFAL commercial guarantee does not affect the statutory rights a consumer may have or those rights that cannot be excluded or limited, nor rights against the retailer from which the consumer purchased the product. This guarantee gives a consumer specific legal rights, and the consumer may also have other legal rights which vary from Country to Country. The consumer may assert any such rights at his sole discretion.
  • All Tefal products are repairable during and after the warranty period.
  • If you wish to repair a Tefal product or replace any parts (or)/accessories after the warranty has expired, you may contact our Official Repair Center for more inquiries. Do note that costs may be incurred that you will be responsible for paying, which you should be informed of. You may proceed with the repair/replacement of parts before the actual work begins.
