Tefal Mid-Year Bonanza 2026 – Double Happiness Campaign
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ORGANISER
This campaign is organized by Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Organizer”).
2. APPOINTED CAMPAIGN OPERATOR
This campaign is operated by CR Dynamic Sdn Bhd. (“Campaign Operator”).
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The Tefal Double Happiness Buy 1 Free 1 Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 15 June 2026 until 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents residing in Malaysia aged 18 years old and above as at the start date of the Campaign.
4.2 The following parties are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign:
a) Employees of Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
b) Employees of participating retailers
c) Employees of advertising, marketing, event, digital and fulfilment agencies associated with this Campaign
d) Immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) of the above parties
4.3 Any staff purchase, internal sales, corporate staff purchase, employee benefit program purchase, or special staff discounted purchase by Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd, participating retailers or agencies shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign.
5. PARTICIPATING RETAILERS
5.1 This Campaign is valid only at participating retailers' physical stores and participating retailers' official direct-to-consumer websites ("Brand.com") in Malaysia, as listed in Appendix 1.
5.2 Purchases made through online marketplaces and third-party e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and any other online marketplace platforms, are not eligible for this Campaign, regardless of whether such purchases are made from participating retailers' official marketplace stores, authorized sellers, distributors or any other seller accounts.
6. CAMPAIGN MECHANIC
6.1 Customers who purchase selected participating Tefal models during the Campaign Period are eligible to redeem one (1) corresponding free item, subject to stock availability, successful verification and approval by the Organizer.

6.3 There is no limit on the quantity of participating products purchased and/or submissions made throughout the Campaign Period, provided all submissions comply with these Terms & Conditions.
6.4 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission and/or forfeit any free item if any participant is found to have abused, manipulated and/or violated the Campaign mechanism and/or these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to suspicious purchasing behavior, duplicate submissions, fraudulent receipts, bulk purchases for resale purposes, staff purchases and/or any non-genuine consumer transactions.
6.5 Multiple submissions under the same participant name, mobile number, email address, NRIC number and/or delivery address may be subject to further verification and approval by the Organizer.
6.6 Free item redemption is strictly subject to stock availability and on a first approved, first fulfilled basis.
6.7 Each proof of purchase may only be used once for the purpose of this Campaign. Any duplicate, repeated or recycled use of the same proof of purchase shall result in disqualification.
6.8 The Organizer reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier upon full redemption of all allocated free items.
7. SUBMISSION & VERIFICATION
7.1 How to participate
Step 1:
Purchase any participating product(s) in a single receipt ("Proof of Purchase") during the Campaign Period from the participating stores listed in Appendix 1.
Step 2:
WhatsApp a clear and legible image of the Proof of Purchase to 018-265 6188, together with your complete personal details, including your Full Name (as per MyKad), MyKad or Passport Number and full Malaysian delivery address for free item fulfilment.
7.2 Any promotion entry and/or submission made via WhatsApp shall be deemed invalid if the participant submits the Proof of Purchase using the "Disappearing Messages" feature or any similar function that causes the chat message, image, document and/or Proof of Purchase to disappear, expire or become inaccessible within a specified period of time.
7.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, images and Proofs of Purchase remain accessible and available for verification throughout the Campaign Period and until the verification process has been completed.
7.4 All submissions are subject to verification and approval by the Organizer and its appointed Campaign Operator.
7.5 The Organizer and its appointed Campaign Operator reserve the right to request additional supporting documents, proof of identity and/or the original proof of purchase receipt for verification purposes.
7.6 Incomplete, illegible, duplicated, fraudulent, altered or tampered submissions will be automatically disqualified.
7.7 Participants are required to retain the original proof of purchase receipt for verification and auditing purposes. Failure to provide the original receipt upon request may result in disqualification.
7.8 Receipts that are duplicated, reprinted, manipulated, unclear, incomplete and/or suspected of fraud shall be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer and its appointed Campaign Operator.
7.9 The Organizer and its appointed Campaign Operator reserve the right to reject any submission deemed suspicious, fraudulent or inconsistent with the Campaign requirements without prior notice.
8. FREE ITEM FULFILMENT
8.1 Free items will be delivered within sixty (60) working days after the Campaign end date and successful verification process, subject to stock availability and fulfilment processing time.
8.2 Delivery is applicable to Malaysia addresses only, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
8.3 Overseas or foreign country addresses are strictly NOT accepted and shall be automatically disqualified.
8.4 The Organizer shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete, inaccurate or invalid delivery information submitted by participants.
8.5 Free items are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
8.6 Participants are not allowed to request specific colors, models and/or variations of the free item.
8.7 Free item redemption is strictly subject to stock availability and on a first approved, first fulfilled basis.
8.8 Any free item not successfully delivered, claimed or redeemed due to the participant's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, failure to provide accurate information or inability to be contacted shall be deemed forfeited without compensation.
9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1 All free item visuals, colors and specifications shown in campaign materials are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
9.2 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any free item with another item of similar value without prior notice.
9.3 The Organizer reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend, discontinue or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
9.4 By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to have agreed and consented to the terms and conditions of its Privacy Policy at https://www.tefal.com.my/pages/privacy-policy for the collection, processing and use of their personal data by the Organizer, through its appointed campaign operator for purposes related to the administration, management and fulfilment of this Campaign only.
9.5 The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, disputes and/or appeals shall be entertained.
9.6 In the event any participant is found to have breached or violated any Terms & Conditions of this Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and forfeit the free item without compensation.
9.7 To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred during participation. The total and aggregate liability of the Organizer to the participants including and not limited to any claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, for breach of statutory duty, any form of loss, damage or personal injury, death as may be permitted by law shall not exceed the amount of RM5,000.00 per participant.
9.8 The Organizer shall not be responsible for any technical disruptions, system failures, online submission interruptions, telecommunications failures or internet connectivity issues affecting participation in the Campaign.
9.9 The Organizer reserves the right to publish and/or use participants’ names, photographs and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes related to this Campaign without additional compensation or prior notice.
9.10 The Organizer and/or its Campaign Operator will never request participants to provide any banking account information, ATM card details, online banking credentials, passwords, TAC codes, OTP codes or any other financial information before, during or after the Campaign.
9.11 The Organizer and/or its Campaign Operator will never request participants to make any payment and/or transaction in order to receive any free item.
9.12 All free items awarded under this Campaign are provided free of charge. Participants will not be required to pay any registration fee, processing fee, administrative fee, delivery fee, courier fee, handling fee and/or any other charges whatsoever in order to receive their free items.
9.13 Participants are advised to exercise caution against fraudulent calls, messages, emails, websites and/or social media accounts claiming to represent the Organizer, Campaign Operator or the Campaign. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses arising from such fraudulent activities.
9.14 Any request for payment, banking information and/or financial information purportedly related to this Campaign should be reported immediately to the Organizer through Tefal Malaysia's official communication channels.
9.15 The Organizer and/or its appointed Campaign Operator will only communicate with participants through official campaign communication channels.
9.16 Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
9.17 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
