Crispy Prawn with Oat

  • Ingredients

    Crispy Prawn with Oat
    8 pcs large prawns (devein)
    10-12 pcs curry leaves
    1/2 cup instant oats



    Seasoning
    1 tsp cooking oil
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp corn flour
    Salt and pepper



    Sauce
    1/4 cup plant base mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp lemon juice
    Pinch of salt and pepper
    Chili padi (Birds Eye chilli) for garnish

  • Preparation

    Step 1:
    Mix the prawns thoroughly with the seasoning ingredients. Then, coat each prawn evenly with oats. Repeat the process for all the prawns.

    Step 2:
    Place the coated prawns into the Tefal air fryer and scatter curry leaves over them. Select the shrimp function and begin cooking

    Step 3:
    While the prawns are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk

    Step 4:
    Once the prawns are cooked, carefully remove, and plate them. Drizzle the sauce over the prawns and garnish with chili padi.
