  • Ingredients

    435g Jasmine rice
    531g Water
    300g Chicken thigh
    20g Garlic
    6g Ginger (sliced)
    30g Pandan leaf (tied into a knot)
    2g Salt
    8g Spring onion
    10g Fish sauce
    6g Turmeric powder
    3g Cilantro
    2g White pepper
    20g Tomato
    15g Cucumber

  • Preparation

    1. Add the washed rice and water into the pot
    2. Add garlic, ginger slices, turmeric powder, white pepper, spring onion, fish sauce, and salt
    3. Stir well
    4. Place the chicken on top of the rice
    5. Add the tied pandan leaf on top
    6. Close the lid
    7. Select the “White Rice” function
    8. When cooking is done, let it sit for 10 minutes
    9. Open the lid
    10. Remove the pandan leaf and chicken
    11. Fluff the rice with a spatula
    12. Serve the rice
    13. Top with chicken, cilantro, tomato, cucumber. Eat it with any sauce you like!
