Recipe Japanese Curry Pasta

Today I introduce you to my Japanese curry pasta recipe prepared with Tefal POP Rice Cookers.

Serves: 3 pax

One-Pot Meal

A hearty pasta dish where the noodles cook directly in a rich Japanese curry sauce, all in one rice cooker pot. Warm, comforting and ready with minimal effort.

  • Ingredients

    1 cup Short Pasta (any)
    240g Canned Chopped Tomatoes
    240g Water
    1 Carrot
    ½ Corn
    3 cloves Garlic
    ½ Onion
    100g Minced Beef
    2 cubes Japanese Curry Roux
    Mozzarella (for garnish)

  • Preparation

    1. In the rice cooker pot, layer pasta, canned tomatoes, water, carrot, corn, garlic, onion and minced beef. Stir to combine evenly
    2. Top with Japanese Curry Roux Cubes
    3. Close the lid and select "White Rice" function. Let it cook for 15 minutes
    4. At the 15-minute mark, check if the pasta is cooked to your liking. If not, check every minute until it reaches al dente perfection
    5. Garnish with some mozzarella and serve immediately!
