No-Bake Treat

A rich, fudgy brownie with a peanut butter twist, made entirely in a rice cooker with no oven needed. An easy treat with minimal effort and maximum flavour.

  • Ingredients

    100g Chocolate Chips
    100g Unsalted Butter
    2 Eggs
    20g Sugar
    60g Low Protein Flour
    3g Baking Powder
    4 tbsp Peanut Butter
    Chocolate Bar (Optional)

  • Preparation

    1. Add chocolate chips and unsalted butter into the rice pot
    2. Close the lid and select "White Rice" function and cook for 3 minutes
    3. Let the mixture cool down
    4. Add eggs, sugar, low protein flour and baking powder. Mix until well combined
    5. Top with peanut butter and create swirls with a toothpick. Top with more chocolate
    6. Close the lid and select "Cake" function
    7. Let it cool down completely and serve!
