435g Jasmine Rice
531g Water
200g Black Tiger Shrimp
40g Oyster Mushrooms
12g Galangal
15g Lemongrass
50g Tom Yum Paste
10g Lemon Leaves
20g Red Chili (Slices)
2g Cilantro (Chopped)
10g Lemon (Slices) -
Preparation
1. Place washed jasmine rice and water into the cooker
2. Add tom yum paste and mix well
3. Add prepared shrimp, galangal, lemongrass, red chili, and lemon leaf strips
4. Close the lid, select the “white rice” function
5. Open the lid
6. Remove the herbs and shrimp
7. Stir the rice to evenly absorb the flavors
8. Serve with chopped cilantro, chili slices, and lemon slices
