Touch n Go Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. This campaign is open to all customers in Malaysia aged 18 years and above, excluding employees of Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd, its distributors, retailers, and their immediate family members.
2. This campaign is applicable to all Tefal products (cookware, kitchenware, and small domestic appliances) purchased from authorized retailers in Malaysia (offline retail and tefal.com.my only). Purchases from other online platforms and unauthorized sellers may be rejected.
3. A minimum purchase of RM199 on Tefal product(s) in a single receipt is required to qualify for redemption.
4. Qualification for redemption is based on the final net purchase value stated on the receipt after all discounts, rebates, vouchers, and promotional deductions have been applied.
5. Receipts may include other brand(s) and/or product(s); however, only Tefal product(s) will be considered towards the minimum spend requirement.
6. Accumulation of multiple receipts to meet the minimum RM199 spend for redemption is not allowed.
7. Each eligible receipt entitles the customer to one (1) RM12 Touch 'n Go eWallet reward for every RM199 spent on Tefal product(s). Rewards are stackable within a single receipt.
8. The calculation of RM12 Touch 'n Go eWallet reward for every RM199 spent is based on the eligible Tefal purchase amount, with any fractional entitlement rounded down to the nearest whole amount. Rewards are stackable within a single receipt. For example, a total eligible Tefal purchase of RM980 qualifies for RM48 Touch 'n Go eWallet reward. Any excess amount will not be carried forward.
9. Maximum Touch 'n Go eWallet redemption is capped at RM600 per registered name or mobile number throughout the campaign period.
10. Total campaign rewards are capped at RM1,000,000 on a first-come, first-served basis. The campaign will end upon full redemption of the allocated rewards or at the end of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
11. Campaign period: 12 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. All receipts must be submitted by 3 July 2026.
12. Redemption is subject to successful verification. Incomplete, illegible, duplicated, or invalid submissions will be disqualified. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to request original proof of purchase for verification purposes.
13. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submissions are successfully completed and received. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any failed or incomplete submissions.
14. Touch 'n Go eWallet credit will only be issued to the mobile number registered under the purchaser’s name. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any incorrect or invalid mobile numbers provided.
15. By participating in this campaign, participants consent to Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd sharing their personal data with its appointed service provider, Tada Sdn Bhd, for the purpose of administering the Touch 'n Go eWallet reward.
16. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the same mobile device and mobile number are used for both campaign submission and Touch 'n Go eWallet redemption. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Tada Sdn Bhd, and TNG Digital Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any failed, rejected, or unredeemable rewards resulting from the use of different devices or mobile numbers.
17. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their mobile number is registered to an active Touch 'n Go eWallet account prior to redemption.
18. Average disbursement of Touch 'n Go eWallet credit is within 30 days upon verification, subject to processing volume.
19. Manual receipts are not accepted.
20. Requests to change the registered mobile number after receipt submission will not be entertained.
21. In the event of any refund or exchange of purchased product(s), the corresponding Touch 'n Go eWallet reward value must be returned or will be deducted accordingly.
22. Senheng S-Coin Redemption Centre (SCRC) programs are excluded from this campaign.
23. Touch 'n Go eWallet rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
24. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misuse, abuse, or manipulation of the campaign mechanics.
25. Participants are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with all campaign requirements. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject submissions deemed invalid or non-compliant.
26. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, system errors, delays, or failures in submission or reward processing beyond its control, including issues related to the Touch 'n Go eWallet platform.
27. All decisions by Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd in relation to the campaign shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
28. By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s privacy policy: https://www.tefal.com.my/pages/privacy-policy.
29. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control.
30. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
31. Groupe SEB Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, substitute, or cancel this campaign or its terms and conditions without prior notice.

Touch ‘n Go eWallet Usage - Terms and Conditions

The Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit will be directly credited to the customer’s account following successful authentication. Redemption is strictly available on mobile devices only; redemptions made through desktop browsers will be invalid.

1. Customers need to have Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.
2. Voucher issued is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-extendable.
3. Voucher valid before the expiry date of 3 months.
4. It is the customer’s holder responsibility to keep the voucher safe.
5. Once the Touch ‘n Go eWallet reward message is sent to your phone number via WhatsApp, customer can click on the voucher URL.
6. Click "Authenticate", customer will be redirected to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.
7. Read the agreement, tick the checkbox and click on "Agree".
8. Once authorization is completed, customer will be redirected to another page with your mobile number. Confirm all details are accurate and click "Redeem".
9. Voucher will show as "Redeemed" once successful.

Their service is available on devices that meet the following conditions and have internet access.
